A Journal about Life, Love and Everything in between…

About

This blog has been thoughtfully put together in collaboration with my hands and imagination, to show outsiders what it’s like to be me – a not so average Capetonian guy who’s ultimate goal in life is to enjoy every passing second as if it were his very last.

The title reflects how difficult life can be as a young adult into today’s society. It can push, pull, squeeze and stretch you in different ways making you feel small, insignificant and hopeless – like a lost puppy struggling to find its way among the many dangers of a vast and frantic city. In this blog, I aim to give you insight into my life, the struggles I face, love I lose and gain and the dreams I realise, taking little puppy steps each time.

So please, feel free to snoop around, don’t be afraid. We’re all mammals after all…

Credit goes out to Adam Sandler, the inspiration for my blog’s title. You rock Billy Madison!!

  1. Hi.. thanks for the comment..

Do you live in South Africa? Is it safe there? I heard many people saying a lot of crime and robbery goes on over there

  2. Hey. Anytime! :)

Yes I do… Cape Town if you like the specifics. Well, the area that I live in is not that bad at all. It is probably the government’s biggest problem here though (after job creation and service delivery) but it is a really safe part of the world considering. We have no war, no car bombings or terrorist activity, no catastrophic weather patterns and no real threat to your life…

The media tends to blow things out of proportion. I would say Cape Town’s safety is on par with all the other major cities of the world.

Besides, it’s a pleasure living here. What about your area? Where’d you live?
